    We provide merchandise designed for prerolls and premium custom inked products.

  • How do I use my BubblyJs pre-roll chillum?
    Simply remove the chillum, insert your preroll, light, and enjoy!

Warranty Information

  • What is the warranty on BubblyJs products?
    We currently do not offer warranties on merchandise. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at info@bubblyjs.com.

  • We do offer a LTD Lifetime Warranty on the pre-roll chillums. 

Payments & Shipping

  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

  • How long does it take for orders to arrive?
    Orders typically ship within 14 business days for custom products and 2 business days for chillums. Shipping times vary based on location. 

  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Return Policy

  • What is the return policy?
    Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
